All quotes are based on the being ready for travel at the specified booking time. All prices are quoted per car.
Vehicles type
The saloon and estates cars are insured for hire and have capacity of 4 passengers. The MPV & MPV plus (people’s carrier) are insured for hire and have capacity of 6 passengers. 8 Seaters are insured for hire and have capacity of 8 passengers.
Booking
Your are safety and pleasure transfer please select right vehicle according the number of passengers and luggage’s. If you’re in doubt please call the office for our professionally trained staffs helps.
Collection Meet & greet service and we will meet you at Information Desk. We could pick up you from anywhere in United Kingdom. All the Airports pickups waiting time is for the first one Hour from the flight landing Thereafter a charge 15p per min will apply. Due to the flight delay there will be no additional charges.
Cancellation
Cancellations should be notified 4 hours in advance to the pick up time for London postcodes and 6 hours prior to the pick up time for outer areas.
Payment
Payments made by credit cards will have a £3.00 handling cost and debit cards will have no handling charge. Card payments are to be made along with the booking.Cash payments are directly made to the drivers.
Refund
No refund will be issue cancellation notified less than 12 Hours. No refund will be issue for misleading information and leaving the pick up point any reason with out informing the office. All cancellations are subject to minimum bank charge fee of £9.00.
Others
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger due to excess luggage making the vehicle unsafe on the road. Loading and unloading of the personal belongings is the responsibility of the passenger and we do not accept liability for any loss or damage.
Special days Prices Prices on Christmas Eve, Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day will 50% higher than the normal price quoted on the website.
